This porch had cracks and was slippery when wet and it could not be torn out and replaced due to the fact that it had a wall built on it. It was all of 35 plus years old. The cracks were sealed, the edge repaired and it was made better and stronger than new. (After/ Before to right) Tom Martin-Owner
