Winchester Apartments - Dodge City, Kansas

This was the first project completed in the Dodge City city limits. The sidewalk entrance was average. Just drab and gray. The owner wanted to dress up the entrance to the building as he was planning on selling. The building sold very soon after the facelift was completed.
