This beautiful home was built in the 1970's. well constructed and well maintained, but the patio was in terrible condition. Beautiful landscaping with a wonderful tree in the center but the ugly concrete combined with poor workmanship left a patio with potential far short of its promise. By careful grinding, leveling, routing and sealing the cracks -- and by applying the CTi process, we were able to completely change the look of the back patio area to a condition better than new.
